Ashtanga is a traditional, flowing style of yoga that links breath to movement. It’s structured but never rigid—more like a moving meditation than a workout. Over time, the sequence becomes familiar, and with that familiarity comes confidence, calm, and a deeper connection to yourself.

We offer both led Ashtanga classes and Mysore-style sessions. In a Mysore class, you practise the sequence at your own pace with personal guidance from the teacher. It’s a beautiful way to develop a steady, self-led practice, with support whenever you need it.

You don’t need to be strong, flexible, or experienced to start. You just need to show up—curious and open.
