What Our Classes Are Like

In each class, we move through a set sequence of postures, beginning with sun salutations and building gradually into standing, seated, and closing postures. The breath acts as your guide, helping to create a steady rhythm and focus throughout.

We offer both traditional guided sessions and Mysore-style “self-practice” classes, which give you the freedom to move at your own pace with support from the teacher. You don’t need to be flexible or strong to start—just come as you are.
