Elemental Mandala Vinyasa Teacher Training
with Emma LandoltA dynamic, circular flowing yoga practice that moves 360 degrees around the mat, weaving the four elements, the chakras, and shamanic teachings. This is a practice to awaken embodied self– expression and inner wisdom through movement, breath and the natural world.
Overview
The medicine of the Mandala
Elemental Mandala Vinyasa is a fluid, 360– degree practice, a circular flow that moves the whole body around the mat, weaving the four elements (Earth, Water, Fire and Air) with chakra activation, creative sequencing and a deep connection to the natural world. The practice draws on the dance and strength of Vinyasa, the stillness of Yin, and the integrative softness of Yoga Nidra, a fusion designed to meet body, mind and spirit at once.
Over three days, you'll learn to create and deliver classes that are at once dynamic and reflective, drawing on shamanic teachings, the medicine wheel and the elemental qualities that live in each of us. The training is shaped to help you create your own elemental flow sequences that honour the body's intelligence and awaken what's already inherent. You will also receive a video library of Emma’s Elemental Flow sequences for you to work with.
Take this as a stand– alone training or as an optional module toward your 300– hour Yoga Teacher Training.
“When we move with the elements, we remember they are our allies and our teachers; they are above, below, within and all around us. Harnessing the power of the elements has always been the doorway to making magic”

There is a particular quality to Emma’s teaching with meditative movement sequences that travel a full 360 degrees around the mat, and a quiet contemplative quality that invites students to explore their inner landscape. Emma’s practice is dynamic and devotional in equal measure, weaving Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra into a unique, fluid offering. Earth, water, fire and air run through everything she teaches – not as metaphor, but as living elemental forces awakened in the temple of the body.
