Tibetan Sound Energy Training VibroAcoustic Therapy
with Charli Van NessVibration, resonance and sacred sound: three immersive days learning to guide sound journeys, sound baths and 1-to-1 sessions.
Overview
The healing language of sound
Immerse yourself in the transformative world of Tibetan Sound Energy Medicine, exploring vibration, resonance, sacred sound and embodied listening through Himalayan singing bowls, mantra, voice, tuning forks, chimes and therapeutic sound.
Across three immersive days, you will learn how to work with sound as a powerful tool for presence, relaxation, meditation and energetic practice – developing the practical skills and confidence to create sound journeys, group sound baths and 1-to-1 Sound Energy Medicine sessions.
This training brings together ancient sound practices with contemporary approaches to relaxation, meditation and wellbeing. You will explore both the practical art of working with instruments and the deeper yogic and contemplative principles that underpin sound as a pathway to stillness, awareness and connection.
Led by senior teacher trainer and Sound Energy Medicine practitioner Charli Van Ness, this is an experiential training designed to help you develop your own authentic relationship with sound and discover your voice as a practitioner.
